​Teaching - MBA
 (Victorian TAFE Teaching Staff Multi Business Agreement 2009)

All teaching staff are salary assessed upon commencement. Teaching qualifications and teaching experience together with industrial qualifications and experience are used to determine the commencing salary of a teacher.

Progression through the levels to the top of the range is accessible dependent upon teaching qualifications and years of teaching experience - please contact Human Resources for further information if required.

 

Non-Teaching - PACCT
(Professional, Administrative, Clerical, Computing and Technical staff
 Award 2009)

Staff generally commence employment at Level 1 of the position's classification (i.e. Administration Officer 4 would start at Administration Officer 4-1). The positions classification can be found on each Position Description.

 Progression through the levels to the top of the range is accessible following the completion of 12 months on that pay scale and with agreement from the relevant manager.
