Employee/Sponser details are only required if a third party (such as your employeer) will be paying for your course.

Will an Employee/Sponser be responsible for payment?

Letter of Authority

A letter of authority must be attached if Student is not responsible for payment.

Please note the following restrictions on file attachment

• You may only attach one file, so please compile all information into one document.
• You may only attach either Microsoft® Word® (.doc, .docx) or Adobe® PDF® (.pdf) file formats. An attempt to attach other formats will result in the form not processing your application.
• You may only attach a file with a maximum file size not exceeding 5Mb. An attempt to attach a file exceeding this size will result in the form not processing your application.
• Please avoid attaching files with spaces or other punctuation characters in the file name. An attempt to attach a incorrectly named file may result in the form not processing your application.
