 GTEC offers VCAL + Trade Training (Certificate II or III) in the following disciplines:

  • Landscape design & Horticulture

  • Plumbing

  • Electro-technology

  • Engineering – Fabrication

  • Engineering – Fitting

  • Automotive – Light Automotive

  • Automotive – Panel & Paint

  • Building & Construction – Carpentry

  • Building & Construction – Bricklaying

  • Building & Construction – Plastering

  • Building & Construction – Painting & Decorating

  • Furniture making - Joinery

These courses are underpinned by industry standard Occupational Health and Safety work practices.  First Aid and Course in Construction Card (CIC) is part of all GTEC courses.

Certificate courses take place at the Gordon where several trades can work around each other and occasionally at external community locations.
