A culinary experience to savour in Geelong’s vibrant arts precinct

Located in The Gordon’s landmark building, The Davidson restaurant is reinvigorating the dining scene in Geelong.

Our imaginative Modern Australian menu is finessed by leading and up-and-coming chefs to ensure it delights the senses. From intimate date nights to corporate group dinners, The Davidson’s decadent menu and elegant space suits every occasion.

It’s more than a meal, it’s an experience

Set in the original 1887 Gordon Institute of TAFE lecture hall, The Davidson has been lovingly reimagined to create a space that is modern and sophisticated yet warm and welcoming.

The original wood-panelled walls and ceiling are thoughtfully complemented by the ultra-modern bar serving everything from premium cocktails to local wines and boutique beer. As you savour your meal, a viewing window provides a front row seat to our state-of-the-art kitchen where leading Australian chefs work alongside The Gordon students to refine and perfect every dish.
