The Gordon has combined its strengths across the fields of Hospitality, Events and Tourism to offer students not only its stand-alone range of courses, but also new dual qualifications at Certificate IV and Diploma levels which open up wider industry and career possibilities.

Our Hospitality students have the opportunity to put their skills into practice in a live training environment within The Gordon’s two public training venues; the fully licensed Davidson Restaurant and bistro style Cafe on Track.

All three program areas include significant work placements and real industry projects, as well as plenty of volunteering opportunities, overnight excursions and interstate and overseas trips which further add to your industry knowledge and experience.

Being located in Geelong, Victoria’s second largest city and also the gateway to Bellarine Peninsula, Surf Coast and Great Ocean Road tourism regions, your post-study employment opportunities in events, tourism and/or hospitality are numerous.
