Trainee delivery options

Gordon traineeships are carried out in partnership with your organisation. We provide quality training and guidance; all you have to provide is the work place. Training and assessment is conducted on-site and online.

Workplace delivery

  • Workplace delivery means providing flexible workplace based training when it suits the employer and fits with the trainee’s work role.
  • Workplace delivery focuses on learning rather than teaching and aims to provide the best possible learning experience for the trainee.
  • This allows trainees and employers to have more influence over what, when and how the learning progresses through the traineeship.

Regular on-site visits

Our workplace trainer will schedule four visits a year with your trainee at their place of work.

Flexibility

The Gordon offers a range of unit choices for your trainee to ensure the course is structured to suit your workplace needs. Government Incentive and Funding Government incentives are often available for organisations conducting a traineeship program.

Our teachers are industry professionals and our resources include digital and face-to-face learning. This combination means our trainees come out with real skills, ready for their industry.
