Course Description

The Licensed Electricians Theory (LET) assessment is one of three components of the Licensed Electrician Assessment (LEA) that must be successfully completed when making an application to Energy Safe Victoria (ESV) for an Electrical Workers Licence.

Prerequisite: 
To be eligible to sit the LET assessment, all candidates must provide the enrolling officer with a sighted copy of their Authority to Sit from the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) where their Certificate III in Electrotechnology training was undertaken.

All eligible candidates must present to the assessment with photo ID and their Authority to Sit. For further information please contact the Assessment Coordinator, Lance Irwin on (03) 5246 6069 or email lirwin@gordontafe.edu.au

Please Note:
To make an application for an Electrical Workers Licence, you must apply directly to Energy Safe Victoria with all relevant documents and fees. Check the ESV website for details.
