Would you like to enter the allied health industry in a support role, working with professionals in a variety of workplace settings such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dietetics, speech therapy or podiatry? Then if you are employed in the allied health industry you can undertake this course as atraineeship where you will learn to provide therapeutic and program-related support under the guidance of allied health professionals. 

If you are not currently employed an Australian Apprenticeship Support Network Provider may be able to assist you in finding an employer in the allied health industry, and can also start your application and enrolment process. 

This is a FREE TAFE COURSE (traineeship only). Click here for eligibility criteria.

Work placement/industry experience

  • You can complete your training with your employer on-the-job along with support from Gordon trainers and assessors.
  • ​You will be required to obtain both a current and approved Working with Children Check and Police Check to meet workplace regulatory requirements.
