Learn the skills to assist a casualty that has suffered a cardiac arrest following a heart attack, significant trauma or other illness. This course covers:

  • Management of the non-responsive casualty
  • Calling medical assistance
  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitations
  • Use of an automatic external defibrillator

This course covers the following accredited unit:

  • HLTAID001 – Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
