
Course description
Develop the knowledge and certification required to work in a food handling area. This course is delivered with an emphasis on compliance with Victorian Government Food Safety Programs and Local Council Food premises requirements relating to personal hygiene and food contamination, using the latest learning resources.
What will I receive upon completion?
Upon successful completion of the training sessions and assessment tasks, you will be issued a Statement of Attainment from The Gordon.
This training complies with the requirements of the National Food Industry Training Council, and covers the following accredited unit:
