Celebrancy OPD

Marriage Celebrant Ongoing Professional Development 2020

As a Commonwealth-registered marriage celebrant, you're in the right place to book your Ongoing Professional Development (OPD). By annually completing your OPD, you fulfil the Attorney-General's Department's (AGD's) legal requirements as a Commonwealth-registered marriage celebrant.

Steps for Commonwealth-registered marriage celebrants for completing 2021 OPD:

  1. Complete the free one-hour mandatory Legal Quiz administrated by the Attorney-General's Department on their Celebrant Self-Service Portal, (before or after you enrol in your electives). Contact the AGD for any enquiries regarding the portal.
  2.  Select and enrol in a total of 4 hours of elective activities via one of our enrolment options. You will then finalise your 2021 five-hour OPD obligation. View the 2021 OPD workshops.

The Gordon will officially lodge a completion report with the AGD's.
