Whittington Works

Supported ‘education to employment’ initiative for the long-term unemployed of eastern Geelong.

The Whittington Works initiative is a social inclusion program delivering education, training and employment to the long-term unemployed residents of Geelong’s eastern suburbs.

The program addresses areas of regional need by linking industries experiencing skills and/or labour shortages with vulnerable or disadvantaged residents keen to re-enter the job market.
