Creating strong links in Health and Community Service Workforce Development

The Growing Health and Community Services Workforce is a highly valued and successful regional collaboration, delivered by the GRLLEN and supported by Skilling the Bay. Pictured are members of the Advisory Committee at their June meeting, working to address the growing needs of this sector, the largest growing and major employer in the Barwon region.

The group is made up of key representatives from the sector including industry, government, secondary schools and education providers. Over 50 local service providers participate in the program, providing valuable opportunities for workplace experience for young people.
