Update your contact details

It is important to keep your contact details up to date with us via eCentral. Email and SMS are our primary forms of communication. We don’t want you to miss important information and if we can’t contact you in relation to absences you may be withdrawn from the course and may still be liable for payment of fees.
 
These contact details are also how State and Federal Government will contact you when required, particularly in relation to any relevant VET Student Loan information

How to update your address, email, phone or emergency contact details 

  1. Log into your eCentral account
  2. Click on my details
  3. Refer to the request a change to my details button. 

How to change your name or gender

Before we can update your name or gender you must change your name with the Unique Student Identifier registry first.   Follow these steps:

  1. Visit usi.gov.au, log in to your account and simply update your details 
  2. Complete the Student Change of details form
  3. Attach proof of evidence required on your form to your email
  4. Return to custservice1@gordontafe.edu.au or drop off the form to Customer Service on campus. Your request will be processed within 5 working days.
