Detailed information on fees and charges, withdrawing from your course and applying for a refund can be found in the Fees and Charges Brochure.
Are you are unsure if studying or continuing the course is for you?
-
Talk to your teacher. There may be options to reduce your study load or other support to help you continue.
-
Explore the support services available. We are all here to help you.
-
If you still wish to withdraw you will need to complete a withdrawal and refund request form. This can be requested from Customer Service via email, phone or in person.
-
Return the completed form by email or in person to Customer Service. The withdrawal process can take up to two weeks to complete. You will be advised of the outcome via email.
-
Your withdrawal will automatically be assessed for a refund based on the refund rules (page 7).
-
If you have extraordinary circumstances and didn’t receive a refund you can request an outcome review. This needs to be completed in writing with your details, reasons why you are withdrawing, and why a refund should apply. Attach any evidence to support your request (i.e. medical certificates etc). Email (or drop) the request into Customer Service.
