International partnership spotlight: Indonesia
We are expanding our global footprint through an exciting new partnership in Indonesia, supported by the Victorian Government and Global Victoria. In collaboration with leading training provider, Butchery Training Centre (BTC), we will deliver Australian-standard food safety and culinary training to meet growing industry demand. Launching in 2026, the pilot program creates new international study and workforce pathways, reinforcing The Gordon’s commitment to high-quality, industry-led education with global impact.
