Skilling the Bay’s World of Work (WOW) programs give Years 9 –11 students a taste of real careers in some of our region’s fastest-growing industries.
Designed for secondary schools, it immerses students in the world of work through interactive industry tours, employer panels, and behind-the-scenes experiences, including a hands-on day at the Geelong Tech School.

With six different industry sectors running at various times throughout the year, students can explore career pathways to TAFE, university or employment while building confidence and career awareness. 

Registrations close 20 March.

Skilling the Bay Programs are delivered by Skilling the Bay in partnership with The Gordon, Geelong Tech School, Geelong Manufacturing Council, and Geelong Region Local Learning and Employment Network. Skilling the Bay is supported by the Victorian Government.
