Visitor Economy

The World of Work program provides meaningful immersion experiences for senior secondary students in trending and growing industries in our region. With the significant impact of the visitor economy to Geelong’s prosperity, STB, along with industry stakeholders, have identified the need to promote the varied and extensive career opportunities available within this sector. The visitor economy offers a large variety of careers across the industry and has many entry-level roles available to young people.

To inspire and engage Year 9, 10 and 11 students in the world of work and to raise awareness of post-school pathways opportunities.
