The Work Wise Women Program is now taking enrolments
The Work Wise Women Program’s focus is building confidence in women to set them on the journey to a fulfilling career. We pride ourselves on the exceptional support we provide to a truly diverse network of women from all locations, experience levels, ages, life stages, and education levels.
The topics we cover are designed to give women the strength to set off on their career path, highlighting how our emotions influence our career, learning about our transferable skills, how we can be assertive to manage our lives and careers, and finally set goals and action plans based on our personal vision.
This free four-week program provides a safe and supportive environment for women to:
- Identify skills and strengths
- Establish goals and action plans relating to employment and training
- Create strategies for self-care and resilience during periods of transition
- Develop assertiveness, confidence and a sense of personal style and identity.
Is this program for me?
The program is open to all women, but is particularly helpful for women who are:
- Returning to work after parental or carer responsibilities
- Making a career change and investigating new opportunities
- Reinventing themselves after a transition period
