About Customer Service

Customer service is the central starting point for advice and support for students, they can assist you with:

Application and Enrolments
including Green ID, Unique Student Identifier (USI), Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessments,
Pre-Training Reviews (PTR) and validation of documents

Fees and Payments
including advice on outstanding fees, payment plans and VET student loans  (please note all payments are cashless)
Student Counselling bookings

Course information

Timetable queries

Directions 

Validation of concession cards

Student Counselling bookings

Printing credits

Student ID cards

General campus enquiries 

Student Account, Password and Log in Issues
