Congratulations!
If you successfully complete your course in 2025, you’ll be invited to celebrate this major milestone with your family and friends at our 2026 Graduation Ceremony. Below is everything you need to know about registering and preparing for the event.
How to Register
Register to attend
Once you have completed all course requirements and cleared any outstanding fees, you will receive an email with a registration link. Please make sure your contact details with The Gordon are up to date.
Registration is required to attend the ceremony.
Book and pay for Graduation Regalia (Gowning)
Wearing regalia is mandatory in order to appear on stage.
After registering to attend, you’ll receive a separate email with instructions to book and pay for your regalia through our third-party provider, Reed Graduations.
- Cost: $60
- Booking deadline: 20 February 2026
- Student ID is required to complete the booking
Costs and inclusions
What’s free:
- Attendance at the ceremony for all graduating students
- Light refreshments after the event
- A placeholder certificate will be provided on the night

What you’ll need to pay for:
- Regalia (Gowning): $60
Mandatory for all graduating students. Paid directly to Reed Events.
Guest tickets
- Each graduating student can purchase up to 5 guest tickets
- Price: $25 per guest
- Includes light refreshments after the ceremony
Photography
- Portrait sessions, on-stage, and family photos can be booked through Reed Events when arranging your regalia
- Photography is optional and available at an additional cost
Refund policy
Student Tickets
Attendance is free for graduating students. However, if you register but are no longer able to attend, please notify us as soon as possible.
Regalia
Refunds are available for regalia if you're no longer able to attend.
Please contact Reed Events directly to arrange a refund.
Guest tickets
- A full refund is available for guest tickets if you cancel at least four weeks before the ceremony
- Email your request to: events@gordontafe.edu.au
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than four weeks prior to the event
