Congratulations!
If you successfully complete your course in 2025, you’ll be invited to celebrate this major milestone with your family and friends at our 2026 Graduation Ceremony. Below is everything you need to know about registering and preparing for the event.
How to Register
Meet your eligibility requirements
- To attend the ceremony, you must complete all course requirements and pay any outstanding fees
- Once you’ve met these requirements, you’ll receive an email invitation to attend
- Make sure your contact details with The Gordon are up to date so you don’t miss it!
Register to attend
- After you receive your email invitation, follow the link in the email to register. Registration is required to attend the ceremony
- After registering, we’ll keep you informed via email with all the details you need to prepare for your big day!
Book and pay for Graduation Regalia (Gowning)
To appear on stage, you must wear official graduation regalia (gowning).
After you register, you’ll receive a separate email with booking instructions from Reed Events, our regalia provider.
- Cost: $80
- Booking deadline: 20 February 2026
- Student ID is required when booking
Costs and inclusions
What’s free:
- Attendance at the ceremony for all graduating students
- Light refreshments after the event
- A placeholder certificate will be provided on the night. This does not include your official testamur. Click for information on how to order your official testamur.
What you’ll need to pay for:
Regalia (Gowning)
- $80 — mandatory for all graduating students. Paid directly to Reed Events
Guest tickets
- $25 each
- Each graduating student can purchase up to 5 guest tickets
- Includes light refreshments after the ceremony
Photography
- Optional, available at an additional cost
- Offered through Reed Events when booking your regalia
- Services include portrait sessions, on-stage, and family photographs
Refund policy
Student attendance
- Graduation attendance is free for all eligible students. However, if you register and are no longer able to attend, please notify us as soon as possible at events@gordontafe.edu.au
Regalia
- Refunds are available if you're unable to attend. Contact Reed Events directly.
Guest attendance
- Full refund if cancelled at least 4 weeks before the ceremony, contact events@gordontafe.edu.au
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior
