Disability Support

At The Gordon we recognise that everyone has the potential to succeed in their studies. We strive to provide quality support to help students achieve their educational goals.

Students who have the following conditions may be eligible for support:

  • Chronic illness and/or medical condition
  • Hearing and/or vision impairment
  • Intellectual and/or learning disability
  • Physical disability
  • Mental health conditions

Types of support: 

  • Reasonable adjustment negotiations
  • In-class note takers and education assistants
  • Advice on physical access
  • Disability counselling and advocacy support
  • AUSLAN interpreters
  • Specialised equipment and software 

These services are provided free of charge and operate across all campuses.
