We’ve provided video and written guides to help you through the VETDSS application process.

  • Applications for 2026 VETDSS courses open at 8:00AM on Thursday 7 August (Year 11 & 12) and Monday 18 August (Year 10)
  • You can complete Step 1 anytime before your application day
  • Use a computer or laptop – not a phone or tablet.

Step 1 – Create a Gordon student account

If you’ve studied at The Gordon before (e.g. GTFP in Year 9), you already have an account and can skip this step.

Returning students:

Forgot your student ID?

  1. Go to The Gordon website, click Login > eCentral
  2. Select “Forgot your Student ID”
  3. Enter your email to retrieve your ID via email/SMS

New students:

  1. Go to The Gordon website, click Login > eCentral
  2. Select “Create Account” and enter your details
  3. Confirm your email and student ID (can take up to 20 mins)
  4. Follow the link to create a password

Step 2 – Apply for your VETDSS course

You can apply once your student account is created.

  1. Go to: www.thegordon.edu.au/vetdss
  2. Select your course
  3. Scroll to Applications & Attendance, then click Apply Now
  4. Log in and complete the application form
  5. Review, save, and submit
  6. You'll receive confirmation via email

Applying for multiple courses? Use the same account – just repeat Step 2 for each course.
