Course description
This course provides participants with the appropriate knowledge required for employment in a hospitality or retail food handling area.
This complies with Victorian Government Food Safety Programs and Local Council food premises requirements relating to supervision of a food safety program/plan.Delivery and Assessment
- Note: 6-8 hours online pre-work prior to attending the 1-day Practical Assessment that has to be completed by the students.
- All applications will close 14 days prior to course date.
