The Gordon supports new and growing industry groups and organisations to define their workforce skill needs and determine the required skill level of their current and future workforce. Our capability in this area can enable effective progress towards high quality training to improve performance, safety and excellence, and provide career pathways and opportunities to upskill, cross-skill and re-skill thanks to a wide range of consistent training packages on offer.
Our teaching staff and education specialists work together to develop new curriculum and customised training solutions. We are proud of our diverse training expertise and experience, and specialist capabilities, which cover the many dimensions associated with developing new training packages and delivering accredited nationally recognised certificates of competency or non-accredited training that responds to specific industry needs and gaps.
