Your course starts with an online welcome session with your teacher who will walk you through the program and how the online modules work.
Unit 1 & 2
10 – 15 hours of online learning
30 hours for 3 Assessments – This is a combination of a:
- Role play via Zoom on managing difficult conversations and,
- An evaluation report.
Unit 3 & 4
10 – 15 hours of online learning
30 Hours for Assessments - This is a combination of a:
- A Research piece
- Leadership portfolio
- Continuous improvement project
- Manage finances within a budget research (questions)
- Manage and report on budgets in the hospitality sector (case study assignment).
