Specialisation Options

Learners complete 12 units, including core and elective components. As part of the elective component learners can choose a specialisation stream to tailor their learning experience to their career goals. The available streams are Business, Business Technology, Supply Chain If no specialisation is selected, the Business stream is assigned by default.

Business

Business operations and leadership remain the backbone of every organisation. This stream focuses on core management practices, communication, and problem-solving. Employers seek professionals who can manage teams, optimise processes, and drive organisational success. Graduates gain versatile skills applicable across industries, opening pathways to roles such as Team Leader, Office Manager, or Project Coordinator.

Technology

Digital transformation is reshaping workplaces. This stream equips learners with the ability to leverage digital tools and AI-driven systems for collaboration and process improvement. Businesses increasingly rely on automation, data insights, and AI to enhance efficiency and decision-making. Learners develop confidence in using technology strategically, preparing for roles like Digital Solutions Coordinator, Business Systems Officer, or Technology-Enabled Team Leader without requiring advanced technical skills.

Supply Chain

Globalisation and e-commerce have amplified the importance of efficient supply chains. This stream focuses on logistics, procurement, and operational planning. Skilled supply chain professionals are in demand across manufacturing, retail, and distribution sectors. Graduates gain practical and strategic skills for roles such as Supply Chain Coordinator, Logistics Supervisor, or Procurement Officer. This structure empowers learners to customise their qualification, gain industry-relevant skills, and develop both practical and strategic capabilities essential for leadership roles. By choosing a specialisation, learners position themselves for career advancement in high-demand sectors while building adaptability for future workplace trends. To succeed in this mode, students should possess foundational digital literacy skills, including the ability to navigate online platforms, participate in virtual meetings, and manage digital documents.
