Course description

The Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations (TLI30325) prepares learners for operational roles in warehousing, logistics, and distribution environments. This program provides practical skills in receival and dispatch, inventory control, storage operations, load handling, security procedures, and communication systems. Learners will develop confidence using real‑world documentation, stock systems, and safe work practices essential to modern supply chains.

To support broader workplace capability, the program also incorporates key Business and Leadership units, including effective team leadership (BSBLDR414), coordinating operational plans (BSBOPS402), and applying continuous improvement processes (BSBSTR402). These units strengthen learners’ ability to communicate, plan, solve problems, and contribute to efficient, well‑organised warehouse environments.

Training is delivered through a blend of face‑to‑face classes and structured self‑paced activities, with competency demonstrated through assessor observations, practical tasks, scenarios, and applied evidence. The qualification is suitable for those currently working in warehousing or supply chain operations, as well as new entrants seeking a foundation for employment in logistics.

Graduates will be equipped to perform safely and efficiently in fast‑paced, technology‑enabled supply chain environments and will be positioned for progression into specialised warehouse roles or further study in Business or Leadership and Management pathways.
