Transport and logistics are one of Australia's fastest-growing industries, offering a variety of employment opportunities.

A warehousing traineeship will cover the delivery, receiving and warehousing of goods, moving and handling, operation of light to heavy vehicles, hazardous products, and the use of a range of technology.

Our reputation for producing highly employable, skilled workers allows us to continually grow our list of industry clients. We work with numerous large employers in the Geelong region, including Target, Cotton On, and Avalon Airport. Our suite of courses is delivered as traineeships in the workplace, for both full-time and part-time employees.

Student story

Image of Chris Brown, transport and Logistics student

Chris studied transport and logistics at The Gordon as part of a G-Force traineeship. The course enabled him to gain an understanding of transport and logistics in conjunction with on-the-job training at Cotton On. He was then promoted to Group Retail Logistics Analyst, where he is responsible for improving stock delivery from the warehouse to the stores.

“I found the course work was relevant to what I do in my every day role. Every day is different and this is the best part of my job.”
