Entry requirements

    • Attending a secondary school
    • Applicants are required to be aged 15 years and over
    • Literacy and numeracy level equivalent to the successful completion of Year 10

You will learn

  • An understanding of career pathways and further study opportunities in renewable energy, engineering, electrical and related industries.

Course outcomes

Upon successful completion of this program you will receive:

    • Recognition of up to four VCE VET Units at Unit 1 and Unit 2 level
    • Certificate II in Renewables

Dress code and course materials

  • Personal digital device (laptop or tablet) capable of accessing Gordon Online and Microsoft 365 software (licence available through enrolment)
  • Reliable internet access for completion of online learning tasks, research activities and assessment submissions outside of scheduled class time
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required for participation in practical activities, including closed‑toe footwear and any additional items specified by teaching staff
  • Basic stationery, including notebooks, pens and calculators as required
  • Personal study materials to support self‑paced learning and project work

  • Product (reports, projects, role plays etc) 
  • Project Assessment
