Mumgu-dhal tyama-tiyt is the Aboriginal name for Message Stick of Knowledge.
Our Mumgu-dhal tyama-tiyt program, meaning ‘Message Stick of Knowledge,’ gives young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students the opportunity to connect with learning, Community, and Country.
This 12-month, full-time journey supports young First Nations students through hands-on learning, cultural connection, and personal growth. It builds confidence, strengthens community ties, and opens pathways to further study, apprenticeships, or employment.
The Wirrpma (To Taste) First Peoples Culinary School offers students the opportunity to explore culinary skills while celebrating First Peoples culture, knowledge, and connection through food. Participants gain practical hospitality and cooking experience in a supportive learning environment, creating pathways to further training and employment within the hospitality industry.
