If you are having trouble paying your fees, there are options available to you, depending on your course level.
In addition to VET Student Loans and Fee Payment Plans, we encourage you to also explore any scholarships that you may be eligible to apply for.
Certificate I – Certificate IV courses
If you are enrolled in a Certificate I to IV level course, you may apply for a Fee Payment Plan using the link below. You must submit your application two weeks prior to your fee due date. While you are waiting for your Fee Payment Plan application to be processed, you will still have network access. You will receive communication from us to advise if your application has been approved.
If your Fee Payment Plan is approved the following applies:
- An administration fee will be charged at the time of set up
- The total fee must be $500 or more
- You will be required to make all further payments via Direct Debit
Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses
If you are studying a Diploma or Advanced Diploma course, you should check to see if you are eligible for a VET Student Loan.
International Students
International students experiencing genuine financial hardship may be eligible to apply for an International Student Payment Plan. The application must be submitted before your fee due date. Please contact the International Office for more information.
If your International Student Payment Plan is approved the following applies:
- An administration fee will be charged at the time of set up
- The International Student Payment Plan amount will be divided into equal monthly instalments for the semester
- You will be required to make all further payments via Direct Debit
