Course description

This Creative Digital Media course is perfect for those captivated by interactive design, offering an exciting journey through 2D digital art, photography, image production, 2D animation design, web design and content writing. In this program, students delve into animation, web design, and digital imaging, learning to develop concept ideas and progress to master technical skills necessary for producing a variety of media products. Using industry-standard programs like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Adobe Premiere, students gain foundational skills in art, design, media, and digital media.

Creative Digital Media introduces students to authoring interactive sequences, drawing, design, digital image creation, and the production and preparation of photo images and video assets, through the creation of digital works that encompass web development, multimedia design, content writing, audio, video, photography, and design. For students undertaking VCE, the second year of this course can contribute to your ATAR just as a unit 3 and 4 subject would.
