I am a Geelong girl, born and bred. I love all kinds of music, being outdoors in nature, and everything architecture. I have two adult children and a dog named Rosie. I am Neurodivergent (AuDHD, PTSD) and am on a quest to live authentically after years of masking and feeling like a complete alien. I am achieving this through learning how I can better accommodate my brilliant brain, surrounding myself with wonderful people, and focusing my energy around my special interests.
I have a background in disability support and dog training, with qualifications including a Certificate IV in Disability and a Certificate III in Dog Training and Behaviour. I'm currently studying the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment to expand my skills and support others through education. I’m passionate about helping people build stronger relationships with their dogs, particularly in assistance dog training. I also have lived experience with neurodivergence and chronic health conditions, which gives me a deep understanding of accessibility and inclusion. I enjoy creating supportive, practical learning environments where everyone can feel capable and confident.
I'm Josh, a passionate member of The Gordon's Co-Creators team with a strong background in IT and most of the academic areas. As a wheelchair user for the past 20 years, I bring a crucial lived perspective on accessibility, and the different supports needed My goal is to leverage this insight to help make The Gordon a truly inclusive and better place for every student.
I am an AuDHDer and a mother of two neurodiverse children. My lived experience personally, as well as being a caregiver has led me towards being passionate about how we can make learning more accessible for all. You can often find me crocheting, knitting, gaming, tinkering with computers or listening to/watching metal bands.
I am neurodivergent in multiple ways and live with intermittent physical disability. I am also non-binary and queer (they/them) and acknowledge my position as a white settler living on the stolen lands of the Wadawurrung People.
I am a 43-year-old mum of two from Geelong and a past student of The Gordon.
I'm a previous student at The Gordon, being amongst the first group of students to complete the now successful VCE/VM. I have also studied other courses at The Gordon over a number of years.
